What “no dedicated telephoto” means

Apple describes the main camera's 2x option as optical-quality telephoto. It is not a separate telephoto camera: the rear system has two cameras. This distinction matters more than simply saying the phone has no zoom. Apple

The bigger question for buyers is whether the folding screen improves their daily use enough to justify the price. Camera performance, crease visibility, hinge feel and battery life deserve hands-on testing; specifications alone cannot settle them.
