Google Pixel 11

The Google Pixel 11 asks buyers to pay more for changes they may not notice immediately. The design is close to the Pixel 10, the screen remains 6.3 inches, and battery capacity is almost unchanged. Google's strongest argument is a mix of updated camera hardware, faster magnetic charging and software features built around Tensor G6.

The supplied review lists a $899 US starting price for 256GB, $100 above the Pixel 10's $799 entry price. That comparison is not perfectly like-for-like: the newer phone starts with twice as much storage. Whether the increase is worthwhile depends on what the camera, charging and AI features actually add to your routine.

About this review: Belliste has not independently tested the Pixel 11. This is an editorial assessment of the supplied written review and its specifications. The accompanying YouTube video appears above, but its transcript has not been independently verified here. Reviewer measurements and feature demonstrations are identified as such rather than presented as Belliste results.

What's New Since the Pixel 10?

The supplied review identifies four principal changes:

• A larger main camera sensor, described as collecting roughly 56% more light than the previous sensor under comparable conditions. That is a hardware claim, not proof that every photo will be 56% better.
• Tensor G6, with Google's claimed gains in AI processing and some reported improvements in app responsiveness.
• Up to 25W Qi2.2 magnetic wireless charging, provided a compatible charger and conditions are met.
• A revised glass camera bar that protrudes less than before.

The Pixel 11 also starts at 256GB storage, rather than the Pixel 10's 128GB entry configuration in the US. The review says the ultrawide and telephoto hardware remain familiar, so this is not a complete camera-system redesign.

Google Pixel 11 Specifications

These are the specifications stated in the supplied article, not values independently measured by Belliste. Regional storage and service availability may vary.

Design: Familiar Shape, Cleaner Camera Bar

If you have handled a Pixel 10, the Pixel 11 will feel familiar. The submitted review describes a glass-and-aluminum body weighing about 197g, with a slightly flatter-looking camera assembly. The revised bar reportedly protrudes around 40% less, which could reduce how much the phone rocks on a desk. That figure comes from the source material rather than Belliste measurement.

The display remains a 6.3-inch 120Hz OLED. Google's advertised peak brightness is 3,000 nits, but peak brightness should not be mistaken for sustained full-screen outdoor output. Unlike the Pro models' LTPO displays, the standard Pixel 11 is not described as offering the same very low refresh-rate range.

The supplied review also notes that the regular model lacks the HiLight notification lighting feature found on the Pro versions. That is a product distinction, not necessarily a daily disadvantage; the value depends on whether you want visible notification indicators.

Tensor G6: Faster in Some Tasks, Not a Gaming Leader

The supplied reviewer found the Pixel 11 slightly more responsive than the Pixel 10 in ordinary app opening and browsing. Google's quoted AI-processing improvement is a manufacturer comparison and should not be treated as a measured improvement across every application.

Graphics are less convincing. The source cites a repeated-load graphics result retaining around 79% of peak performance, but a stability percentage says nothing by itself about the starting frame rate. A chip can be thermally consistent and still deliver lower gaming performance than rivals.

For demanding games such as Genshin Impact or Wuthering Waves, the review reports limits at higher settings. Buyers who prioritize gaming should consult game-specific tests showing frame rates, graphics settings and heat behavior rather than extrapolate from one synthetic result.

The Tensor G6 is better understood here as a platform for Google's software and imaging features than as a guarantee of top-tier GPU performance.

Cameras: A Bigger Sensor, With Processing Doing the Rest

The main camera remains 48MP, but the supplied review says its sensor is larger than the Pixel 10's and gathers substantially more light. That should help in challenging conditions, although image quality also depends on exposure choices, optics, stabilization and processing. Sensor area alone cannot establish how much better a night photograph will look.

The ultrawide and telephoto hardware are described as largely unchanged. The review praises sharper video processing, more natural skin tones and cleaner dark areas, but those observations have not been replicated in a controlled Belliste comparison.

The source also reports quicker night photography and improvements to Video Boost stabilization. Video Boost relies on supported cloud-processing workflows, so it should not be confused with an instant, fully local video mode.

Maximum digital zoom is described as increasing from 20x to 30x. At the far end of that range, computational processing may create a usable-looking picture without reliably preserving fine detail. Buyers who need stronger optical reach and a more versatile camera system should compare the Pixel 11 Pro.

Rambler: Useful Dictation, With an Editing Caveat

Rambler is one of the most distinctive features described in the supplied review. Instead of transcribing every hesitation literally, it tries to infer the final meaning of a spoken thought. If someone changes their mind halfway through a sentence, the feature can produce a clean final statement rather than a verbatim record of the false starts.

That is useful for composing messages and notes. It also creates a trade-off: when software rewrites speech for clarity, it may remove a detail you intended to keep. Review the resulting text before sending anything consequential. Availability may depend on language, region, software version and account.

Live Dubbing: Promising, but Not Universal

The source describes live dubbing that can replace spoken audio in supported video content after a brief processing delay. It praises the quality of a demonstration while acknowledging that Google selected the examples.

The supplied article says the initial version supports four languages and that some Gemini Intelligence features are unavailable in Europe at launch. These restrictions may change, so buyers should verify current language and regional support. A controlled demonstration does not establish accuracy across accents, specialist vocabulary or every video platform.

Magic Capture and Creator Tools

Magic Capture is described as capturing a short recording and selecting still images of notable moments. That can help when a subject moves unpredictably, but extracted frames are not automatically equivalent to deliberate full-resolution photographs. The feature is best treated as another option rather than a replacement for normal photography.

Camera Looks provides adjustable color and shadow treatments. The source also describes a Creator Suite with an on-screen teleprompter, audio-level display and guides showing where social-app interface elements may cover the frame.

Those are concrete workflow features for creators who record directly on their phones. Their value depends on whether you would otherwise need a separate app, and their availability should be checked before buying.

Battery Life: Don't Confuse Capacity With Endurance

The Pixel 11's stated 4,985mAh battery is close to the previous generation's capacity. The supplied review says Google's battery-life estimate is similar to last year's and describes inconsistent experiences across reviewers.

That is not enough evidence to promise two-day endurance or declare the phone worse than every Samsung or Apple alternative. A full day of mixed use is a reasonable expectation from the submitted material, but your results will depend on mobile signal, display brightness, background apps, gaming and camera activity.

Wired charging is listed at up to 30W, with the source quoting approximately 55% in 30 minutes under suitable conditions. Magnetic wireless charging increases to up to 25W using compatible Qi2.2 equipment. The standard package is described as including a USB-C cable but no wall adapter.

If you already own a charger, check its supported power-delivery profile. A quoted maximum wattage is not a constant charging speed throughout a charging session.

Price: More Storage, Higher Entry Cost

The supplied review lists the Pixel 11 at $899 for 256GB and $1,019 for 512GB in the US. The previous Pixel 10 started at $799 for 128GB. That makes the $100 increase partly a storage-tier change, not simply a charge for the same configuration.

The source links the pricing trend to broader component costs and memory supply pressures. That may be relevant industry context, but it does not establish how much of Google's specific price increase came from memory costs. Without a manufacturer cost breakdown, that causal claim should remain tentative.

The important comparison is the price you can actually pay today for the Pixel 11, Pixel 10 and previous Pro models. An older flagship can be a better value at a meaningful discount, but no fixed discount percentage should be assumed across retailers or regions.

Pixel 11 vs Pixel 10 vs Pixel 11 Pro

Pixel 11 vs Pixel 10: the newer phone offers the reported larger main sensor, Tensor G6, faster magnetic wireless charging, a revised camera bar and higher starting storage. A working Pixel 10 remains a sensible phone to keep unless one of those changes solves a specific problem.

Pixel 11 vs Pixel 11 Pro: the Pro line offers a more advanced camera system, brighter advertised display and additional features such as HiLight. The supplied review lists a $1,099 US starting price for the Pro. Compare storage configurations as well as prices, because the entry models are not always equivalent.

Pixel 11 vs a discounted older Pro: an older Pro may offer better camera hardware for less money, depending on local pricing. The newer standard Pixel may receive some features earlier. Neither is universally the better purchase without a real price comparison.

Who Should Buy the Pixel 11?

Buy it if you are coming from an older phone and want a manageable Android handset, Google's software experience, magnetic charging and a long support window.

Skip it if you already own a Pixel 10, demanding mobile gaming is your priority, or the newer AI features you care about are unavailable in your country or language.

Compare alternatives if a previous-generation Pro is discounted enough to offer better cameras and storage at a similar total price.

Verdict: Good Software, a Harder Price Argument

The Pixel 11 has worthwhile changes: a larger main sensor, newer Tensor generation, faster magnetic charging and more ambitious creation and dictation tools. The 256GB starting storage also makes the higher entry price less one-sided than a simple $899-versus-$799 comparison suggests.

The reservations are specific. Much of the physical design and secondary camera hardware carries over, the battery-life claims do not establish a major gain, and the supplied review does not position Tensor G6 as a gaming leader. Several of the most interesting AI features have regional or language limitations.

Buying advice: the Pixel 11 makes the most sense for someone replacing an older handset who will actually use its software tools. For Pixel 10 owners—or anyone who can find a substantially discounted older Pro—the upgrade case is much weaker.
